Lipstick is my thing. Groundbreaking, right? As much as I love my infamous trips to Ulta, I am probably the most indecisive person ever. I could stare at the liptick shades for days and still not decide on a shade that works best for my skin tone.
My last trip to Ulta was one where I let the Ulta ladies do their thing. I asked my girl Jessi (Benefit’s brow extraordinaire. This girl is a Brow Artist and the only one I trust with my arches) to help me pick out a shade that’s perfect for summer, but still looks good against my olive-y skin.
Say hello to Smashbox’s Be Legendary lipstick in “Punch Drunk”. Immediately, Beyonce’s “Drunk In Love” started playing in my head so it was pretty much love at lipstick sight. Even though I wasn’t the one making the choices, I still felt like I deserved a pat on the back for actually being somewhat decisive. Hey, that counts right?
Another one of my favorite purchases this week was a package of the Belize Collection by Tribe Tats. Yes, they’re the metallic temporary tattoos that I’ve been eyeballing on Instagram for weeks now. One summer I actually contemplated getting a tattoo on my wrist of my mom’s initials, but probably 3 weeks later I decided against it. That’s proof of my indecisive nature. Anyways, Tribe Tats are ideal for those of you who love something one minute and hate it the next. These are definitely coming with me to the beach – I mean how cute?
