If that’s not a motto – it definitely should be one by now. On vacation, it’s a given that I’m craving frozen cocktails. Instead of hitting an all-time sugar high with those artificial pre-made mixes make one homemade. Am I blowing your mind yet? Good.
Sipping on fresh fruit and white rum is so much more appealing than those weird ingredients on the back of your pre-made mix. Ew.
Go ahead, give this cocktail a try….or three.
*Makes 4 drinks
2 cups coconut water
3 cups fresh pineapple
5 oz white rum
4 cups crushed ice
3 tablespoons agave nectar
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
Add a pineapple wedge for garnish.
