Alright, so I refuse to believe summer is over. Even though I'm way too anxious for sweater weather (cue: the song), scarves, boots, and everything that fall entails - I'm not quite ready to say bye to all things summer-esque. In hopes to let summer linger a teeny bit more, I figured what better way to celebrate the latter half of sunshine-filled days with some rosé. Am I right or...?
Let's be real, it pretty much fueled my summer and I'm more than ok with that. Is it still appropriate to drink post-summer? Whatever, I'm still going to pour myself a glass or two. After a long day of work, I'm pro-making this pink hued slushie that goes down a little too easily, which is always a good thing. You won't regret this one. I promise.
Rosé Slushie Recipe
1 cup dry rosé
1 cup frozen berries (I recommend strawberry + raspberry mix)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 cup ice
Add all ingredients into blender.
Blend until icy.
Add a pink straw and enjoy.
